Cafe Sua Da
How to Make It:
Place 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk in a glass.
Place a Vietnamese phin filter over the glass and add 2-3 tablespoons of dark roast coffee grounds.
Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to let them “bloom,” then fill the filter with hot water and let it slowly drip into the glass.
Stir the hot coffee and condensed milk, then pour over a glass of ice.
